The Course section of iTao (kana → JLPT N1) is built on open data. The scene vocabulary, passages, notes and all translations elsewhere in the app are written by the iTao team. Because the sources below include CC BY-SA material, the compiled course dataset (vocabulary, kanji and example sentences as they appear in the Course section) is made available under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The JMdict and KANJIDIC2 files are the property of the EDRDG and are used in conformance with the Group's licence.
